Who controls and processes your data?
This website, Hotel a Ubytovna U Nádraží, is operated by VORS spol. s r. o. (the “controller”), company ID 14501201, registered office Dvořákova 161/14, 370 01 České Budějovice. The company is entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section C, Insert 322.
Why do we collect information?
The information is collected in order to make the booking process between the customer and the provider of accommodation services easier, to offer you further services where you consent to such offers, and to help us improve that process for future use.
For what purposes do we collect information?
We process the personal data you give us in connection with using our services through our website or through the sites of business partners (discount portals, accommodation applications and portals) who are entitled to share that data with the controller. The controller processes data received from third parties only to the extent necessary for the performance of a contract or of a legal obligation. This concerns:
- Carrying out or supporting the booking process on the controller’s site or on the sites of third parties
- A request for an answer to a question sent from the controller’s website or by e-mail
- The lawful processing of personal data in order to meet the controller’s obligations under Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreign nationals in the Czech Republic and amending certain other acts, as amended, and under Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended
- The voluntary registration of a customer for the newsletter
- Statistical use of the system with a view to improving it
- The information collected is not used for anything else; in particular, it is never passed to third parties without consent

- The accommodation provider with which you make your booking
- The booking form provider, PREVIO s.r.o.
- Institutions authorised to receive it
Which of your personal data do we process?
We process the personal data you give us when you send a question through the website or via the booking form provider, or when you book a stay online or in person at hotel reception. This includes:
- First name and surname
- Permanent address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Identity card, passport and visa number
- Nationality
Personal data obtained when you book a stay online or in person at hotel reception serves statutory purposes only. We are entitled to process it without your consent and we keep it for 6 years from the end of the stay. Personal data obtained when you submit a question is not processed in any way, and once your question has been answered the data is deleted (unless we have another lawful reason to process it).
What access do we guarantee our visitors to the information collected?
Access to all personal data processed about our visitors is available on request at any time. Our visitors also have the right to have it corrected or erased, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Please note that personal data processed for statutory reasons has to be kept for a set period and cannot be erased.
If you believe that our website or systems have collected incorrect information, or you wish to dispute any information, please contact us. Please note that when you ask about the data collected you may be asked to verify your identity.
