Cancellation policy

By making a booking you are confirming your reservation at our hotel. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge a cancellation fee. It is calculated from the total price of the accommodation:

• More than 2 days before arrival: 0%. This applies to the refundable rate; a non-refundable booking is not refunded.
• 1 to 2 days before arrival, or a no-show: 100%

Group bookings of more than 20 people

• More than 14 days before arrival: 0%
• 14 to 3 days before arrival: 50%
• 1 to 2 days before arrival, or a no-show: 100%

Please send your cancellation to reception by e-mail. We will confirm the terms for your own dates at recepce@hotelcb.cz or on (+420) 734 200 826.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 10:00. Reception is open at all times outside the short lunch break from 11:30 to 12:00, including on public holidays. After 22:00 the main entrance is locked; ring the bell and reception will let you in. You collect your room code at reception when you arrive. If you know you will arrive late at night, please tell us in advance.

House rules

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building. You may smoke in the designated areas and on the balconies behind the lift; smoking in a room carries a charge of 1 000 CZK.
• We are sorry that we cannot accept animals in the hotel rooms or in the studio.
• We will keep your luggage at reception, both before check-in and after check-out.
• The city tax of 50 CZK per person per night is included in the rate; for VAT reasons your bill itemises it separately.
