Prices and what is included
The price is per room per night and changes with the dates and the number of guests, so we publish no fixed rate list. Enter your dates and the booking system will show you the current price.
How the price is calculated
- The price is per room per night, not per person.
- We offer two rates: refundable and non-refundable. They differ in price and in the cancellation terms.
- The city tax of 50 CZK per person per night is included.
Once a day, we take each room card's “from” price from our own rate list. It is the lowest nightly price over the next 60 nights for a fully occupied room on the non-refundable rate.

Non-refundable rate
You pay in advance, the amount paid is not returned, and the price is 10% lower than the refundable rate.
Refundable rate
A booking on the refundable rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.

Frequently asked questions about prices
Is breakfast part of the room rate?
No, it is paid for separately. The buffet breakfast at Bistro Lokotka is 199 CZK / 8 € per person and is served Mon–Sun from 7:30 to 9:30, but not on public holidays.
Is there a city tax to pay?
It is included in the rate. The tax is 50 CZK per person per night and for VAT reasons your bill itemises it separately, but you pay nothing extra on arrival.
