Stays of weeks or months for companies, students and interns. We agree the price individually, based on the length of the stay and the number of guests.
Planning to stay longer than a few nights? We publish no fixed rate list for long-term stays, because one stay differs from the next. Write to us or call reception and we will put an offer together for you.
Who stays with us this way
Most often it is company employees on a project in the city or on a business trip of several weeks, and students and interns staying for a semester. We will invoice your company for the accommodation. Our invoicing details are on the Contact page.
What a long-term stay includes
A long-term stay includes the same services as a short one: a bathroom with a toilet, reception open around the clock and free parking for one car. Wi-Fi is free throughout the building, and we clean the rooms and the shared areas regularly.
If you like to cook, choose the single room or the studio; both have a private fitted kitchenette. The other room types share a kitchenette on the floor. All the types are on the Rooms page.
How to arrange it
Write and tell us how long you need the accommodation for and for how many people, and whether you need an invoice for your company. We will send you a specific price for your dates.

- Parking for one car
